A Notice To Proceed has been issued April 29, 2009. The Alliant Contractors can commence performance under the Alliant contracts, effective May 1, 2009.

The solicitation for this contract closed on November 17, 2006. No additional offerors can be considered at this time.

Alliant GWAC Delegation of Procurement Authority Training Webinars: Due to multiple requests for Delegation of Procurement Authority (DPA) training, the Enterprise GWAC Centers have provided a recorded version of the April 23, 2009, Alliant DPA Webinar training. Federal customers interested in viewing the presentation are asked to send their requests to  alliant@gsa.gov. The Alliant Governmentwide Acquisition Contract (Alliant GWAC) is a competitive multiple award, indefinite-delivery, indefinite-quantity contract. The contract is designed to provide worldwide information technology solutions to federal agencies.

Scope: Alliant Acquisitions

The scope of the Alliant GWAC includes any and all components of an integrated Information Technology (IT) solution, including all current and any new technologies which may emerge during the life cycle of the Contract and IT systems and services in support of National Security Systems, as defined in FAR 39.002. The Contract provides IT solutions through performance of a broad range of services which may include the integration of various technologies critical to the services being acquired.

As the definition of IT changes over the life cycle of the Alliant Contract, the scope will be considered to coincide with the current definition at any given time.
