Year-End Customer Letters for FY2009 are now available, see the RWA Customer Guides, Tools, and Communications section below.

RWA Form 2957

The Reimbursable Work Authorization (RWA) Form 2957 was recently revised in July 2009 to include additional legal language as advised by the Office of Management and Budget (OMB) and PBS' Office of General Counsel.

The GSA Forms Library allows users to complete the Form 2957 using either a saveable PDF Form or a FormNet Screen Fillable Form.  Instructions for using or downloading either software application can be found at the GSA Forms Library by clicking on any of the Form 2957 links on this page.

We do not anticipate producing a Microsoft Word version of the RWA Form 2957.  Microsoft Word permits users to change text, which violates GSA Form requirements.  In this case, the RWA certification statement is a requirement of the Acquisition Letter and as such is locked down by the FormFill or PDF software.

New User? To request a user ID and temporary password, follow the RWA Search access directions (see above).

Note: In November 2007, GSA changed the format of its RWA billing statements to be more user friendly (see example here). The updated format was to address suggestions received by many of our RWA customers.  As such you will notice that all billings dated October 2007 and earlier will display in the older format, whereas billings in November 2007 through present day will display in the newer format.
