The Nuclear Science and Technology Division (NSTD) conducts basic and applied research and development for the Department of Energy, the National Nuclear Security Administration, and other government agencies, as well as supporting and leveraging industrial partnerships. NSTD is committed to being a world-class supplier of nuclear science and technology to both government and industrial sponsors in the United States, applying the most comprehensive set of talents and resources in the DOE complex.
