All data and documents from the former RIPS system has been transferred into ECFS.

The Electronic Comment Filing System is now in production and has replaced RIPS. The migration of remaining documents from RIPS to ECFS will be completed by November 13, 1998. New filings are now being scanned into ECFS only.

Transfer of the data that was in the database on the ECFS Beta Site to the new production server will be complete by the end of November. During this transfer, some items in the database will not be listed or available for viewing in ECFS. To obtain copies, please contact the FCC copy contractor at (202) 857-3800.
