Office of Enterprise Infrastructure

Operates GSA's information technology infrastructure systems that supports GSA's business and management applications for all headquarters, regional, and oversees (Europe and Asia) offices.  Provides services including network operations, help desk and local on-site support, workstations, E-Mail, Blackberry, remote access, active directory, Wide Area Network, Internetworking and Security Services, and Voice/Video Services.  Many of these services are tracked under performance metrics.  All are available through the hotline service desk.  Provides OCIO staff in each region to ensure on site quality support to GSA users.
