For investigator-initiated grants not reviewed by CSR, please contact your funding institute or center for eligibility. Support for these revisions will come from funds provided to NCRR through the American Recovery and Reinvestment Act of 2009 (Recovery Act), Public Law 111-5. BackgroundThe American Recovery and Reinvestment Act of 2009 provides NIH with up to $10.4 billion to be obligated over two years for a variety of biomedical research and research support activities. Funding opportunities for administrative supplements and competitive revisions (formerly called competitive supplements) are part of the overall NIH Recovery Act investment strategy, as described at www.nih.gov/recovery.
