copies through the Library of Congress Photoduplication Service. Digital images in this collection were generally made from copy negatives or transparencies,
not from the original items. The digital image may not show the color or tint

The Photoduplication Service can only
make copies from existing digital files
(that is, a picture is displaying with
the catalog record). The Photoduplication
Service does not scan original items from
P&P collections.
