Webcam Updates
New Webcam Feature
In the many email requests I have received about the cams, one was to request a small pop-up window that contained all the cams. That way it could refresh throughout the day and all the cams could be seen at once. OK, we can do that. Here is the first attempt. Open the Multicam Pop-up Window and then click on one of the small images. You will be taken to a full size view of the current image.
Check at Bill Hayden's Blog for details and other information on what's happening on the website and in the park.
Thanks,
Bill Hayden

Dial Up Issues?
A few people with dial up connections have trouble viewing the pop-up windows. If you have a problem with the refresh time not allowing the entire image to download, try the links below. They are direct links to the image. There is no refresh at all on these, but you will be able to see the image once it fully downloads for you.

We have a large screen monitor in our reception area at headquarters that displays the webcams. This allows us to show four at once and have them about half size. If your monitors are large enough you might find it useful as well.

Did You Know?
Glacier National park was named for the glaciers that carved, sculpted, and formed this landscape millions of years ago. Despite the recession of current glaciers, the park's name will not change when the glaciers are gone.
