MODISL1DB Benchmarks

The following benchmarks were calculated using the $DBHOME/scripts/modisl1db_benchmarks.bash script to process the MODIS Aqua Level 0 file MOD00.P2006214.0540_1.PDS (260MB). If you perform benchmarks on this file, please email results (including machine, CPU, RAM, OS, and kernel info) to seadas@seadas.gsfc.nasa.gov for inclusion in this table. The benchmark script calculates both the CPU times (user+sys) and wall clock times (real) required to process the Level 0 file to a Level 1A and geolocation file, and then to Level 1B.

All times are in seconds and are indicated in [cpu time] / [wall clock time] order.
