                          MEDIA ADVISORY

        HHS Secretary Louis W. Sullivan, M.D., will visit the
East Dallas Health Center and launch a national effort to address
the under-immunization of children under age 2.  President Bush
directed Secretary Sullivan on June 13 in a Rose Garden ceremony
to address this critical issue and see what could be done to get
"kids vaccinated at an earlier age..."   Dallas Mayor Annette
Strauss and Dallas County Judge Lee Jackson will present Dr.
Sullivan with their local plan compiled by city and county health
officials.
