Secretary Salazar to Keynote WINDPOWER 2009
Conference in Chicago

Tomorrow, Tuesday, May 5, 2009, Secretary of the Interior Ken Salazar will deliver a keynote address to the largest annual wind energy industry event in the United States – the WINDPOWER 2009 Conference – on the priority of renewable energy in the Obama Administration, including projects on U.S. public land and the recently announced regulations to allow offshore wind projects to move forward on the U.S. Outer Continental Shelf.
