Mr. L. Jerry Hansen

The Deputy Assistant Secretary of the Army office for Energy & Partnerships (DASA-E&P) provides leadership, policy guidance and oversight of Army privatization and public-private partnerships to improve the management of installation functions as well as the services provided to support the Army and our soldiers.

DASA E&P currently oversees the following program areas:
