In the fields below, you can enter a Patent Application Number, Patent Number, Trademark Serial Number, or Trademark Registration Number to search the collection of Notices of Suit documents. If you do not have the Patent or Trademark Number, you may search within a date range or do a text search based on text in the Notice of Suit document. Please note that the date range search is based on the date the Notice of Suit is processed within USPTO. This date will vary greatly from the date the Notice of Suit is filed with the U.S. District Court. This is due to variances in mailing and processing times within the Courts and at USPTO.

E-FOIA postings of the Notices of Suit for the Office of the Solicitor will not be available from 1:00 AM through 5:00 AM Eastern Standard Time during the daily back up process.
