Our
Mission:
DCS G-2 is responsible for policy formulation, planning, programming, budgeting, management, staff supervision,
evaluation, and oversight for intelligence activities for the Department of the Army. DCS has Army Staff responsibility
for overall coordination of the five major intelligence disciplines: Imagery Intelligence, Signals Intelligence, Human
Intelligence, Measurement and Signature Intelligence, and Counterintelligence and Security Countermeasures.

The Joint Forces Staff College is offering the Joint C4I Staff and Operations Course (JC4ISOC) designed for individuals from the defense establishment who are now assigned, or are being assigned, to positions requiring an understanding of C4I. The program covers a wide spectrum of C4I that extends from the national and strategic levels, to the theater level in supporting the President, Secretary of Defense, and major commanders who control the military forces.
