MONROVIA, Liberia - Sergeant 1st Class Shawnte Reynolds mentors Liberian soldiers in Monrovia, Liberia in April 2009. Reynolds, an administration non-commissioned officer from U.S. Africa Command, is the first female soldier to take part in the security sector reform program, a U.S. State Department-led effort to help build leadership capacity within Liberia's military.
