Women-Owned Small Business Program

Our purpose is to assist and promote women-owned small businesses.

Executive Order 13157 and a Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) between the Small Business Administration and the Department of Health and Human Services (HHS) illustrates the commitment of the HHS to ensure that women-owned businesses have a fair opportunity to compete for at least 5 percent or approximately $200 billion in Federal acquisitions annually.
