The Combined Federal Campaign; Notice
of limitation on the recognition of national federations.
Pursuant to the Combined Federal Campaign (CFC)
regulations 5 CFR 950.301(a), the Office of Personnel Management is
placing a moratorium on the recognition of national federations for
a one year period, beginning with the national application process
