Grants.gov is experiencing technical problems with the CCR registration process and accepting applications. If you are experiencing technical difficulties registering with or submitting an application to Grants.gov, you must submit the hard copy of your application by the appropriate deadline outlined in each OVW Solicitation and let OVW know that you are experiencing problems with Grants.gov.
