Private Voluntary Cooperation

The Office of Private and Voluntary Cooperation (PVC) was transferred to the Agency's new Office of Development Partners on May 1, 2008. It is now called the Private and Voluntary Cooperation Division. The American Schools and Hospitals Abroad (ASHA) Program is now located in the Bureau for Democracy, Conflict, and Humanitarian Assistance (DCHA). The Ocean Freight Reimbursement (OFR) Program and the Denton Program are now located in the Office of Acquisition and Assistance (OAA).
