Procurement Assistance Division – works closely with DOT small business specialists to ensure maximum practicable opportunities for small businesses to participate in DOT contracts and subcontracts.

Financial Assistance Division – offers programs to small businesses to assist them with obtaining the necessary financial support to effectively participate in transportation contracts. The Short-Term Lending Program (STLP) provides eligible businesses the benefit of financing with pre-approved DOT lenders at competitive interest rates.

Regional Partnerships Division - funds and manages the Small Business Transportation Resource Centers, which provide small businesses at the state and local level with valuable information and technical assistance to become better prepared to compete for federal, state, and local contract opportunities.
