The Hawaii Department of Labor and Industrial Relations "Substance Abuse Education and Awareness" program is the go-to source for employers who want to create a drug free and safe work environment. Our department serves employers who need the tools to identify and prevent substance abuse in the workplace, and the action steps to remedy problems.
