There were typographical errors in the UI PUB 8 that was mailed to employers with tax rate notices on November 14, 2008. This does not affect the accuracy of the actual rate notices. However, there may be confusion if the employer references the incorrect information on the UI PUB 8. The errors involved employers with benefit ratios in the following ranges: .107121 through .115084 and .181553 through .221807.
