Digital Raster Graphics for Georgia - Download Methods

The files can be accessed by clickable map, by name, or by grid location. Several of the 1:24,000 quadrangles have the same name as a quadrangle on the border of Georgia. The border quadrangle has the two letter abbreviation for the state it is partially in appended to the name. The grid location is an 8x8 square with the number being the latitude and longitude value of the lower right corner followed by a letter and number from a1 to h8.

For downloading multiple files by ftp, connect to ftpext.usgs.gov and change to the /pub/er/ga/atlanta/csat/drg directory.
