The United States Trustee Program (USTP) is a component of the United States Department of Justice that supervises the administration of bankruptcy cases. The United States Trustee for Region 12 is responsible for bankruptcy cases filed in the Districts of Iowa, Minnesota, North Dakota and South Dakota. Our regional office is located in Cedar Rapids, with field offices in Minneapolis, Des Moines and Sioux Falls.
