Relationship Managers assist in creating close working partnerships between CIT and it’s customers by advocating customer needs to CIT management and representing services and policies to the Center’s customers.

  • Remedy Update:

    • Production date for Remedy is now October 14th due to a critical partner's (eRA) need for more time.
    • All Train the Trainer classes have been completed. There is a Remedy Exchange SharePoint site with a recorded version and many other Remedy resources. If you need access contact your RM.
    • System users should be upgrading their Remedy client install base to the version 7.1 client (which is available on the iSDP website) prior to ISSS implimentation.
    • The FINAL Remedy/TIBCO conversion period began Wednesday June 10, and will run eight weeks through Wednesday August 5. ICs with integrations to the current Remedy system should have their applications converted by that date.

  • ISDP

    • NIH Advisory Group for iSDP will start again in mid-August.
    • Home Use Software is a part of the Microsoft Software Assurance program employees benefits.  Licensed copies of most 2007 Microsoft Office system desktop programs (including antivirus) are available to NIH employees for $20.  Contact your IC/Agency iSDP after June 1st with your valid government email address and you will receive the program code.  The software can be downloaded at http://hup.microsoft.com.
    • Employee Purchase Program: This program enables you to purchase some of Microsoft's consumer software and hardware at discounted prices, including Microsoft Office XP Professional, Microsoft Windows® XP Professional, Microsoft Money 2003 and some of the newest games and hardware (xBox and Zune). You may purchase up to three copies of any product available.

  • AD Child Domain migration
    See memo recently distributed by the NIH CIO to IC Directors, IC Deputy Directors and IC Executive Officers

  • Encryption: Each IC must fully implement HHS policy for encryption of all laptops, including Macintosh, Linux, and Windows.
