Navigating USGS Topographic Maps

The 1:24,000 Topographic Map Application starts with the outlines of the counties in Georgia. Select an area to zoom into, using the Zoom-In tool. zoom-in

As you zoom in, other layers will appear to help you locate the area you are looking for. Once you have zoomed in close enough, the other layers will disappear and the Topographic Map will appear. You can then use other tools to travel around the map to view the Topographic Map.
Note: You can not use your browser BACK button in the map application. To return to the ArcIMS Page, click the link on the bottom of the map application page.
