This is the third installment in a seven-part series of Webcasts that will discuss and illuminate key issues related to the 2001 Recovery Month observance. Our host will be Susan Rook, former CNN Anchor and Media Relations Director for Step One Treatment Center. Panelists include: Tim Bradley, Teen Treatment Advocate; Phillip Brewer, M.D., Yale University School of Medicine; Jeff Jay, Interventionist; Andrew Hamid, Ph.D., Professor of Social Work, Columbia University.

How to prevent or intervene with an alcohol or drug problem are difficult concepts for many families to grasp. This session will discuss how families can get beyond their denial to stop a drug or alcohol problem before it starts or to intervene in a loved one's addiction.
