Breathing and breastfeeding 2
Researcher Hawley Montgomery-Downs of West Virginia University says children who were breastfed as babies had less of a problem, but her study couldn’t tell if breastfeeding could prevent sleep-disordered breathing in some children. ``Longer breastfeeding lowered the measures of sleep-disordered breathing, the longer the children were breastfed.
