EEO Informal Process

 
In compliance with 29 CFR 1614 and MD110:

 
1.
Employee contacts EEO counselor for traditional counseling or ADR
Note: If the employee contacts the ADR Coordinator or ADR Contact to request ADR, the employee will be referred to a counselor per MD-110.
2.
ADR is scheduled, if appropriate.
3.
ADR meeting is held.
4.
a) Agreement is filed with the appropriate office, or
b) if no agreement, the complainant is given a final interview and right to file formally.
