Location and Hours of Service

The Oakland Regional Office is located on the 12 floor, North Tower of the Oakland Federal Building at 1301 Clay Street, Oakland, CA 94612.

The office is open for walk-in interviews with our Benefits Counselors from 8:00 a.m. until 4:00 p.m., Monday through Friday.

Veteran services are also available to Northern California veterans at 10365 Old Placerville Road, Sacramento, CA 95827 during the hours of 8:00 a.m. until 4:00 p.m., Tuesday and Thursday only.

The Regional Office Benefits Counselors are available by telephone from (1-800-827-1000) 8:00 a.m. until 4:00 p.m., Monday through Friday.
