FY 2008 Citizens' Report

The Citizens' Report is a summary of performance and financial results for fiscal year 2008. The report presents to the reader the Department's highest priorities in the conduct of U.S. foreign policy, and strengths and challenges in implementing programs that pursue our country's foreign policy agenda. A counterpart to the Citizens' Report is a podcast message from the Under Secretary for Management discussing how the State Department carries out its diplomatic mission.
