For States with a fiscal year that began on April 1, 2005:

The daily interest rate is .01015% (0.0001015)

For States with a fiscal year that began on July 1, 2005:

The annualized interest rate is 4.18% (0.0418)
The daily interest rate is .01144% (0.0001144)

For States with a fiscal year that began on September 1, 2005:

The annualized interest rate is 4.47% (0.0447)
The daily interest rate is 0.01224% (0.0001224)

For States with a fiscal year that began on October 1, 2005:

The annualized interest rate is 4.57% (0.0457)
The daily interest rate is 0.01253% (0.0001253)

The daily interest rate is calculated by dividing the annualized rate by 365 calendar days.
