Special Projects of National Significance (SPNS)
The purpose of the program is to advance knowledge and skills in the delivery of health and social services to people with HIV infection who are disadvantaged financially and medically underserved. ALL SPNS grant initiatives can be searched under the CFDA Code no. of 93.928. If you go to and type in this CFDA Code no., you will get a complete list. In the beginning of each grant announcement, the eligibility criteria will determine if a tribal entity, federal agency, and/or AI/AN organization, etc. can apply.
