Federal Reserve Foreclosure Avoidance Scam Ad

The Federal Reserve has created an 30-second advertisement which will direct consumers to free resources on avoiding foreclosure scams at www.federalreserve.gov. These include the "5 Tips for Avoiding Foreclosure Scams" and other mortgage foreclosure resources. The ad will begin airing in movie theaters across nine U.S. states in mid-April 2009.
