E-Docket

The E-Docket is a listing of all final Board and ALJ decisions* issued electronically each day under a pilot program. Parties who voluntarily register for electronic service (E-Service) will receive, immediately upon posting of the E-Docket, an email constituting formal service of the decision with an electronic link to the decision. Links to the full text of final decisions will be posted on the E-Docket at 2:00 p.m. Eastern Time the first business day following issuance.
