Liquor Dealer Recordkeeping and Registration and Repeal of Certain Special (Occupational) Taxes
TTB has issued a temporary rule, T.D. TTB-79, concerning the repeal of certain special (occupational) taxes and the continued recordkeeping and registration requirements for dealers in distilled spirits, wines, and beer and manufacturers of nonbeverage products. To electronically submit comments on the temporary rule, use the comment form for the related notice of proposed rulemaking, Notice No. 96, posted in Docket No. TTB-2009-0003 at Regulations.gov.
