This newly-revised 2009 document provides the policy guidance and tools that State agencies need to plan, implement, and assess their Disaster Supplemental Nutrition Assistance Program operations.  This new version replaces the guidance issued in April 2007.  Significant changes made to update the guidance are highlighted in yellow.
