I have replaced pre-print numbers with journal citations, i.e. a hep-ph got upgraded to a Phys. Rev. D. Line one is now the SNO "neutral current" title. I have added comment statements such as %%CITATION = NUCL-EX 0204008;%% or %%CITATION = PRLTA,87,071301;%% at the end of each bibitem. These allow SLAC-SPIRES to automatically pick up the references. There were a few such tags in the file you sent me, and I have filled in the rest. If it is submitted to hep-ex at Los Alamos, SLAC-SPIRES will pick it up the next morning.
