- Jorge Morfin gave a presentation on possible structure function
measurements and the measurements of nuclear effects that could be done
with high intesity neutrino beams. Some of these include...
   - measure s and sbar separately in the proton, also c and cbar
   - Fermi-motion effects at high x in nuclear targets
   - nuclear dependence and shadowing effects.

- Gerry Garvey expressed some interest in doing lower energy form factor
measurements.

- Code is being devloped to produce a simple ntuple of neutrino beam
characteristics and neutrino cross sections. Both Heidi and Jae Yu are
working on this. When finished people will be able to access the code via
links on the non-oscillation web page.

- Baseline parameters (muon energy, muon intensity, decay length, and
polarization) needed for this study are being worked on, and a preliminary 
set should be presented soon.
