Group 3: Oscillation theory and scenarios
Goals: Write the sections of the report describing
(i) the theoretical framework(s) for neutrino oscillations, and
(ii) the possible scenarios in 5 - 10 years time. Also, specifiy
a handfull of particular scenarios (points in parameter space)
to be explicitly considered by the oscillation measurements group.
