The documents in the HREX archives were incorporated in the OpenNet web site in July 2007. The OpenNet web site contains many document collections besides the HREX documents so you can use the Advanced Search page to obtain the HREX documents. One way you can narrow down the search for HREX documents is by putting NV07* in the Accession Number field on the Advanced Search screen in OpenNet. But you will also have to put in other constraints because the search results screen does not allow more than 15,000 records and there are 45,000+ records that are in the NV07* accession number range.
