Terminations, Reductions and Savings identifies programs that do not accomplish their intended objectives, are not efficient, or that replicate efforts being completed by another initiative—and recommends these programs for either termination or reduction. There have been 121 terminations, reductions, and other areas of savings identified that will save approximately $17 billion next year alone.
