FHA Loss mitigation training
This training is for servicing lenders, HUD-approved nonprofit housing counselors. Training includes coverage of FHA Mortgagee Letters with emphasis on retention options, disposition options, timelines for implementation & extension requests. Overviews will be presented on default monitoring system reporting & quality assurance.

August 18-19, 2009 - Miami, FL. FREE FHA Education Sessions presented by the Atlanta Homeownership Center for Underwriters and Appraisers. The training will offer two courses, one in Basic Underwriting and a course in Appraisal Protocol. Registration required, no fee.

August 19-20, 2009 - Oklahoma City, OK. National Servicing Center Early Delinquency Servicing Activities and HUD's Loss Mitigation Program. This training is for HUD-approved mortgagees, HUD-approved Housing Counselors, & Nonprofit Housing Counselors. Registration required, no fee.
