Lender List - Selection Criteria

The information on the Selection Criteria page is designed to assist you in locating the type of lender you need in a location convenient to you. You may build a search in several different ways. You should make certain an "X" appears in the box next to the program in which you are interested (Title I, Title II, HECM). The Lender Name box is designed to assist you in finding information on a lender of which you are already aware, such as whether it is FHA-approved. It is not necessary to enter anything in this box otherwise. The information in the HELP area can assist you in building your search.
