One World Community Health Center, formerly Indian Chicano Health Center, was established in 1970 and for the past 31 years has provided health care to the medically underserved in the South Omaha area. The Center offers its services primarily to the Spanish-speaking community, but also reaches recent immigrants from Sudan and the former Eastern Bloc countries.
