If you are interested in international trade requirements, here is your "starting point."  TTB’s International Trade Division (ITD) has compiled a thorough listing of international trade resources for beer, wine, and distilled spirits, including requirements for licensing, labeling, and taxation considerations.

Importation/Exportations Information Resources

• U.S. Requirements for Importing Alcohol Beverages – Information about all requirements that must be met to import alcohol beverages into the United States.
• U.S. Requirements for Exporting Alcohol – Information about Federal export requirements for beer, wine, and distilled spirits.
