What’s in a formula? TTB wants to know. This section provides resources for producers of domestic alcohol beverages concerning how TTB carries out its mission to ensure that formulas, labels, and advertisements for alcohol beverages are in compliance with Federal laws and regulations.

• Pre-COLA Product Evaluation – Learn more about why TTB’s Alcohol, Labeling and Formulation Division (ALFD) may need to conduct a review of a product’s ingredients and formulation. This review may include a laboratory analysis of the product, as well.
