The National Center supplies technical assistance and consulting services in all areas of business development through its government sponsored programs to American Indian owned small businesses and tribal enterprises at no cost.
 
The National Center also provides consulting services not covered under its government sponsored programs to corporations, foundations, government agencies, tribes and Indian businesses through its Management Consulting Services and UIDA Services division.  

Government Sponsored Programs

American Indian Procurement Technical Assistance Centers (AIPTAC)

The American Indian Procurement Technical Assistance Centers are operated through a cooperative agreement with the U.S. Department of Defense, Defense Logistics Agency. The AIPTACs provide procurement and technical assistance in identifying, understanding and responding to local, state, and federal bid opportunities. Assistance extends to for profit, established American Indian or tribally owned, reservation-based businesses located throughout the United States. Services include bid matching, technical assistance, resource and reference information, and marketing assistance to ensure success in selling goods and services to government agencies and prime contractors. The Native American Business Enterprise Center is operated through a cooperative agreement with the U.S. Department of Commerce, Minority Business Development Agency. NABDC provides professional business consulting services and technical assistance to Native Americans to manage, grow and expand their businesses. Assistance extends to both tribes and individuals living both on and off the reservation. Assistance is available for all stages of business from start-up through expansion and includes services such as market research, marketing assistance, financial analysis, loan packaging preparation, procurement assistance, minority certification assistance, and business plan development. Consulting Services

Management Consulting Services(MCS)

Management Consulting Services (MCS) is a division of the National Center for American Indian Enterprise Development. The division was conceived to meet specific consulting needs of tribes, Indian businesses, corporations, foundations and government agencies. Primary consulting expertise consists of Event Planning & Management, Strategic Planning, Group Facilitation and Economic & Business Development Planning. UIDA Consulting Group (UCG)

UIDA Consulting Group (UCG) was established as a separate, for-profit entity, 100% owned by the National Center for American Indian Enterprise Development. UCG delivers consulting and management services that are currently not under the scope of the National Center’s mission. Learn more about UCG.
