Small Business Start Up Capitol

My wife and I are looking to start up a pizza delivery business. We have found the location for the store and have estimates for the equipment and build out of the space. My wife is part Cherokee Indian and has a roll call number. Are there any grants or Small Business Administration loans for female minority owners available from the government? We will need more than $35K to start, so the micro-business loan won't be enough.
