Purpose:

The purpose of this Notice is to correct Award Information cited in Section II.2 of the FOA, as follows:

Separate Facilities and Administrative (F&A) costs requested by consortium participants are not to be included in the direct cost limitation established for this FOA.  See NOT-OD-05-004, November 2, 2004.

The original document incorrectly stated that the F&A costs requested by consortium participants were to be included in the direct cost limitation established for the FOA.
